mine are way lower than yours they havent seen as low as i have **** like i havent heard that to many times to count
your testosterone is lowest i have ever seen o is that why i can go a year or more without nookie
i thought that was women not men
get a supplement from doc only docs can prescribe as high as we need
get outside in the sun allot but be careful you can get the bad side of skin cancer if to much sun double edged sword
im outside and supplement and my d levels wont move

When I had my vitamin D checked it was 19 ng/ml which is deficient. The healthy range suggested to me was 30ng/ml to 96ng/ml. I started taking 5000 IU of vitamin D3 and in three months got my level up to 72.2 ng/ml. Most people are deficient in vitamin D because they do not get enough sun. Factors determining vitamin D levels are Sun Exposure,
location, Age, Dark Skin, Weight, and Chronic Illness. Oil based vitamin D3 is the best form to take.
