Is this symptom of CFS ,i can't seem to walk anymore ,knees hurt badly and have chronic pain in whole body ,just wanna lay in bed .
Doc say its anxiety /panic and depression but i feel i am stressed out /even SSRI is not helping with body pain ,can't take advil with it .

how to manage pain ? sad sad

Cilly, I am sore all over from the CFS, I ache a lot from it but my main pain is from Fibromyalgia. Have you been checked for this? I know they like to say that the pain is from depression & anxiety but I don't agree with that. Who dx'd your CFS? You might go back to them & be checked for Fibro. I do take Ibuprofen with my antidepressant & it has helped me quite a bit. I hope you find some answers & get some help. Have you posted in the Fibro Forum? Might be a good place to start. I do not know what to ask PCP for when they make a diagnosis -for fibro or cfs ~can i know,
