Sorry for the short previous answer,my computer acting up.I am not a healthcare pro.I have had similiar symptoms. The best thing you could do is get a complete basic physical. If you have a teaching hospital you can go to,hopefully a friend or relative could go with you. chronic fatigue is now recognized by nih and cdc.You do want to rule out colon cancer and hiv. these test are available over the counter.the colon cancer you mail in the test.if you have a local clinic they test you for hiv.I am not saying it is those things, but they r treatable especially tcaught early. If you do have a bacterial infection including dental your basic blood test will tell. Then you also want to boost your immune as much as you can.Try to eat healthy.steam vegtables a little rice.some protein boiled chicken,or if you"re vegatarian hummus or tofu.if you can get protein powder and mix it with bottled water.gatorade or electrlyte liquid.Your clinic or pharmacy may have that for children with dysentary and you could get some.If not if you can get some inexpensive magnesium and potassium capsules and put a little in your drink.Try not to eat too much red meat or sugary foods they are likely to increase inflammation. If you can get a good multi vitamin take it with a little food.A little aloe juice at night will help with reflux acid. Not too much because it is laxative in larger doses as is magnesium. If you cannot get ice packs try a cool bath for the adominable pain.inflammation can be an allergic reaction to a pathogen.Try to eat healthy, steam vegatables, alittle protein, boiled chicken, yougurt, hummus.avoid red meat and sugar they cause inflammation.try to get electrlyte fluid from the pharmacy or clinic.boil yor water or drink bottled water.Methyl b -12 helps allergic inflammation if you can get it. try going off gluten containing grains see if you feel better.Rice is usually ok or better potatoe,or buckwheat flours.Just depends on how much fiber you can stand..do Hope this helps.Keep us posted.Bless you
