Diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome after seeing around 30 doctors.

In the beginning I just felt bad..good days and bad days. But mainly bad days. Then insomnia and anxiety set in. This went on for years.

Long story short. I began to suspect Lyme disease. My PCP told me if I got Lyme a long time ago I would have gotten over it. THIS IS NOT TRUE.

My speech was affected. I had dizzy spells when standing. My hair falls out. Tingling and numbness.

I'm sort of rambling. But. Lyme is the cause for MS, fibromyalgia, lupus, CFS. And more.

Please go to ilads.org and get a referral for a Lyme literate Dr.

I'm glad you found an answer to your questions. You seem to mean well, but please realize that it can be very offensive to some people to go to "their" forum and find someone telling them that their diagnosis is "really" something different.

Posts similar to this appear periodically on HealingWell and inevitably result in hurt feelings and offended members. We maintain a Lyme forum for people who want to discuss Lyme topics. I encourage you to share with others there.

Having been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome myself, I certainly feel my post has a place here, sir or maam. I figured when I saw I had a reply to this comment that it would be someone such as yourself, easily offended or standing up for someone else who is. . So flag me. Whatever. I do post in the lyme forum.

Next time, just delete said offensive comment instead of wasting my time as well as your own.

lovedeeply, that is not nice to offend someone who cares a real lot for there members. the Moderater was very courteous to you, and as a long time member I am standing up for our mods. we all have our opinions and such, that is cool, even differences, however without moderators here we have anarchy.

Lyme is not the cause of MS.
