Hmm, no. it work temporary.

i have made once recovery of about 75% by abstaining from sexual sense's at all, in trained purpose.

You need to get tested for vitamin D deficiency. Most people are deficient in Vitamin D. Here is an article which explains it.

abhi, I was found to be deficient in Vit D so my Dr. put me on D3 2000 i.u.s & my levels are good now. It helped a little bit but certainly I have not recovered from CFS/ME at all. Absolutely, get your levels checked & if you are not deficient it isn't good for you to take such high levels. Hugs, Denise
