wat does everyone take for tirednes?????? PLEASE HELP

hi you all im wondering wat everyone does for this tiredness?? i ask dr's and they tell me ther are no meds for this i have tried vitamins to. i cant even take a walk.

please let me know wat works so i can ask my dr, or some vitamins!! please help

Don't have any energy myself. Been looking for a magic bullet for 20 some years. Haven't found anything yet. However, if you visit different message boards (Like Pro-Health) you will find people saying all kinds of things have worked for them. Vitamins, especially the Bs; cherry pills; L-tyrosine; calcium pyruvate, etc.

Talk to your doc about Provigil. It's normally used to treat narcolepsy, sleep apnea,... and other stuff, but it has been used before to treat Chronic Fatigue also. WONDERFUL drug!! Gives you the energy to get through the day, with no jittery side effects or anything! (least I never got any side effects)

I just found this site but had to respond to your post. I was diagnosed by accident (long story) after 10 years and many doctors. Try to go to an Endocrinologist and there is a specific test they can do to see if you have CFS. She prescribed Paxil for me and it helped a lot. Good luck.
