Long haul Covid

Everyday I find that around 3 in the afternoon I drag really bad. It's been severe since the Covid pneumonia and 5 weeks in a coma. I wish you would have a long haul covid forum so we could exchange what we're going through. I still have issues with my right leg giving out and use a walking stick when I walk the track (2 miles a day) or do super long distances. At night I take half a dropper of CBD (controls familiar tremors) with half my Ambien, half an oxycodone and half a muscle relaxer. Doesn't matter what I do I'm lucky to get 2 hours sleep before the muscle spasms and pain kick in. The lack of sleep at night sure doesn't help the daytime issues any. With the covid I had to learn how to walk, talk, eat and breathe all over again and sat 18 hours a day in a wheelchair. I thank God for coming as far as I have but if anyone has any idea of anything I can do to help this issue, it's appreciated.

That's cool. I don't use unsocial media because I just don't trust it. I was allergic to the feeding tubes and they basically ate my throat. I use Serrapeptase and MK-7 to eat the scar tissue there and in my lungs. Breathing is helped by the supplement NAC. Other than my hair growing back, the fatigue is my worst issue. B vitamins don't seem to work but if anyone knows of a natural remedy I'll be happy to try it. I'm allergic to most meds so I have to go herbal instead. Thanks so much for the help.

I'm trying to recover from COVID from before Christmas, but the tiredness, weakness and chest congestion just aren't going away. I tested negative for COVID (x3), flu and RSV, but the symptoms were the same as when I had COVID that did test positive a year ago. I read a study that said the new virus is not found much in the nose but is more in the throat, which isn't often tested. I just went to my PA (can't get in with a doctor and ER just sends you home) for chest x-ray and antibiotic, as I might have something more in lung that's treatable.
