I've been hearing more about these and I've had friends who spoke highly of them.

Just wondering if anyone here has taken them to any effect?

sounds interesting but be doubtful if they are very expensive, remembering the high placebo effect that most anxiety sufferers get from expensive highly promoted miracle cures..... for a while

Also it looks like most of the sellers are multi level marketing groups - that's always a red light for me.
