I had hypertension 2 years ago. At that time, my blood pressure was 160/110!! I did not take any medication. I was 38 years old. Since then, I exercise (brisk walk 3 times a week), cut down on fatty food and consciously eat more fruits and vegetables. Now my bp is 150/90. Can anyone tell me how to reduce the sistolic pressure. It is always very high, ranging from 135-160, but the dialistic pressure is around 85-95. Do anyone have natural remedy to share? I don't believe in taking drug to control because of its side effects. Thanks
