Too much pain

The Dr that I see hase me on prozac elivil tradol daypro soma ativan and hydrocodone 10-650. He can't increase my pain meds. What do I do ask for a referal to a pain clinic?

I was wondering if anyone has used aloe juice for stomach pain. I cannot use any nsaids.
