Spinal injections for lower abdominal pain??

Yes, I do. My grandmother had several after she had surgery for intestinal cancer. She was very pleased about them. The pain was nearly gone, sometimes for six weeks, sometimes for six months, although in all honesty I must add that I think she overestimated herself after those first six weeks and did some silly things.

It didn't help me much but there's a perfectly good explanation for that; the epidural probably didn't have too much effect due to my body being accustomed to most kinds of medication by now (I'm a physical wreck being kept on its feet by a horde of eager doctors).

My grandmother nor I experienced any side effects.

Have you personally found any procdure or medication that has helped you even temporarly?  Have you been able to manage some of the pain you have?
