I suffer from Fibromyalgia, and take two different antidepressants, Ultram, and Lyrica. But I still hurt. I am only now beginning to recognize the signs of low-level but disturbing pain: I grind my teeth, wiggle, or sway. Basically, I have to constantly move so that one part isn't touching anything all the time. Is this normal? Also, does anyone know if I eat, say, a pound of chocolate, why does that not translate into a pound of fat, and how long after I eat the chocolate should I expect to see it show up on the scale?
