Ever since I was 14 I have had this terrible pain. My mom took me to see a specialist for the pain. She was extremely worried about
me having IBS too. I guess it ran through genetics and I was diagnosed with IBS. I am currently 16 turning 17 in about
a month. The pain I deal with on a daily basis is unbelievable. It gets so bad that at times I ball up and yes I cry. My question is "Is there any methods that I could use as a teenager to help with the pain?" I don't want to hear stuff like "get rid of the stress" because it's hard to do as a teen.
