And if you get the headphones with the music, ask for the rap station cause i know how much you love that type of music lol. Sorry, couldnt help myself, I hope everything goes well and theirs not a power outage while your in the MRI, cause thats the type of luck I have lol. So good luck, and I hope they give you some of the good stuff in your IV. lol.

You have to wait a whole month, Me?! That is just ridiculous! Could you at least call your doctor & have him report the findings over the phone? I don't think I could wait that long! The anticipation would kill me! It's bad enough having to wait a week or two to find out the results!

Thank you for the good wishes. Really. It perked me up as I had a very bad day.
I was at MRI for 4 hours. I had Versed and some sort of sedation. It didn't near put
me out .. I moved too much. Shoulders are difficult to MRI.

I was in all the pain because they kept me up for four hours doing paper work. Being up
like that hurt.

I'll have general anesthesia when I have 5 MRI's.

Doctor wants me to call first thing tomorrow morning. I got the message on my answering
machine. I'm beyond nervous about this thing.

I asked for classic rock. The kid only had the Beach Boys. Oh, that's fine, he said. I
got reallllllly tired of the scratchy Beach Boys and asked what else they might have. alt
rock was the answer. I love alt rock. Problem with that was he played all male voices
rough voices. made one want to go out and ride a motor cycle or something. He got
cranky with me cuz I moved.

I am sorry, but if that kid thinks that the Beach Boys equal classic rock, his parents must have listened to the wrong types of music. That's like saying Phil Collins is heavy metal.

Well, Pete, here you are. When you are up and about tell us about it in length. You
confirmed my fear about Methadone. I'm going to start cutting down starting tomorrow
because the way things are feeling, the pump ain't gonna work for me. Pills don't
work for me.I think I'm on my way to the neurosurgeon (or did you have an orthopedic
surgeon.)

I've been hiding my pain for a long, long time. I'm not sure I can do it anymore.
I'll see you on your new thread.
