Do you know of any Headache and Pain Centers that are good and have excellent result?

Hi TMJ,

Last spring my neurologist and a consulting headache specialist suggested I look into going to the Michigan Headache & Neurological Institute for treatment. This was back when we were trying to figure out if my pain was really some kind of ocular migraine and we had had little luck treatment wise with migraine meds. We no longer think (or I should say that they no longer think, because I never thought it was any kind of migraine) that my pain is due to a migraine or type of post-traumatic headache, so I never went, but I did do some research about it. This hospital is supposed to be excellent for head, face, and neck pain -- one of the best in the nation. They have both outpatient & inpatient treatment programs.

TMJ forgive me if this is awkward for a question but are you male of female? I can better offer advice in knowing.

Without knowing Ohio has a couple that are suppose to be pretty good.

Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland which is part of the Cleveland Clinic treats migraine pain. As far as I can say, they do a good job for my back, so I have to assume they are up to speed on headache pain. I see people all the time in the waiting room coming in for migraine and cluster headaches. They seem to be satisfied with their treatment.....Jim
