Small hard red bumps under skin on palm of hand

Male, 29, works in a body shop but has never had these issues before. Small hard bumps have appeared under the skin on his palm. They were itchy at first and then painful to touch and are progressivly multiplying and getting darker. They feel alot worse than they look in the picture......

He also had only part of his liver from an accident and drinks so we want to be sure it has nothing to do with that. he has also complained that his stomach is swollen and hot.

His past medical history makes it imperative that he get checked out by his doctor. Because of his liver trauma the swollen and hot stomach sends up more red flags to me than the lesions on his hands. Is there some reason you can't get him into see a physician?

i'm not a dr but could it be worms? they don't always look worm shaped. i'd go and get it checked out regardless. you probably won't get many hits on this subject because this room is for chronic pain sufferers. (back pain, cancer, etc) but welcome to HW and good luck with having your question answered. Hopefully its just calleuses.

It could be a host of different things, and even possibly just blisters from working, but that is just a guess, who knows what it is? We are not Doctors, and we can not and would not even try to tell you what it is! Not even from a picture! But if your concerned about it, which apparently you are, since you came here and even had a picture! Then I would strongly suggest, either going to your doctor or if your medical facility has a covenient care clinic go to that, and have it looked at and checked out!

I just got small bumps on my fingers by the bottoms, almost by my knuckles...it has to b an allergic reaction bc my livers fine and I'm def not allergic to any other opiates...it hurts to even crack my knuckles after only 200 mgs. It should def wear off once you stop takin it
