   Dear Family,

 

     Our beloved Chartreux is having a hard time physically. She is in alot of pain. She isnt feeling well and will be away from the fourm for a week. She is experiencing a hard flare with her back. That, along with coughing fits and inability to sleep are causing quite a problem for her. She does send her regrets for not being able to participate in the forum for a while at best.  She hopes to be back on her feet soon.

 

      We hope you feel better soon Chart!

 Chartreux!  You have always been there for many of these members, and we will be there for you as well.

You are such a wonderful person, and always positive with your comments. I was getting worried about you

the other day, and could tell that you were in the early stages of struggling again.

  Please rest up, and hurry back when you can. But really,.... take all the time you need, as we want you healthy.

I have a specif tablet here by my desk that I write down the names of anybody experiencing a bad time with their pain for a special prayer. Thanks for letting us know Dani. I will pray for her.

Coughing fits hurt my back even though I have no back pain!! I can only imagine...

Again, I'll say a special prayer for her this evening.

The best thing I can think of to send you is a gazillion kitty hugs and purrs to last 24 hours a day for as long as you need them! I know you know how healing that is!

and Thank you all for all the responses I'm so happy that I have all of you as friends.
Thank You...I was feeling better till I got a disturbing call from my rheumy's office, last
Thursday, the nurse said the doctor had looked at the MRI of my hands (Done 4th of June)
and said the Doctor wants to start me on Methotrexate...and that they would send me the
info on this, I got the info on it today and really really don't want to be on this medicine,
I think I'm going to opt out on this medicine, for now and wait and see what he saw on the MRI,
my next appointment with him is in October......I'm really scared of this medicine and this all
has me deeply depressed. I'll see my pcp next week and talk things over with him as well
as maybe getting another chest x-ray for this cough...
HUGZ y'all and hopefully I'll be back responding on post soon...
I'll be thinking of you with hopes of low pain days, okay....

Hi Char,

It's so good to hear from you. I've never been on methotrexate, but I've heard bad things about it, so I can understand you not wanting to be on it. Definitely talk it over with your docs.
