Well. my opinion is, that a patient has privacy rights, and it is probably not a good idea to tell a little fib to get information. We all are excited for Tina, but we just need to hold tight, as she knows how to get a hold of us.

Catz, we will just wait until she contacts you, and I know you will hurry back here quick, when you learn what is going on. wink

Of course I agree that a patient has privacy rights. I wasn't suggesting lying to the nurse to get detailed medical information - just meant a friend trying to find out if a friend is ok, nothing more. If a patient has requested that no info be given out, it wouldn't matter if it was a family member asking, they would not give out any info on the patient. Just wanted to clear that up! :-)

 

Tina is still on my prayer list - but I still think that her and those baby girls are fine!

I understand Splash....it's just that Patient privacy is a very big deal now, even to the point that a husband cannot get information if they want to on their own wife. I had this happen to me when my ex wife was admitted one time for a private medical issue.
They wouldn't even admit that she was there at the Hospital.

Yes, we all love her dearly, and we are eager for information, so I do!...sympathize with you on this. I don't mean to ruffle your feathers on this, I just wanted to remind you, and thought it might not be a good idea at this point and time. So were Cool! wink

O.k. my family on HW....those girls or as I like to call them, the Twinkie's are named Hailee FAITH and Alyssa (Ally) JOY! I am standing in FAITH! with the JOY of knowing these precious, sweet Twinkie's are in their Mommy and Daddy's arms right now! Yes, we are all concerned, but with the love of (for me, God and for someone else a higher power) all that is wonderful in this world, I'm going to wait patiently with hope in my heart that no news is good news! Please, everybody let's stand together in FAITH AND JOY!!

Amen! Little Sister! wink We are so excited, and I have been checking my puter since early yesterday! I'm just going to sit tight, and wait for the news when it comes.

So, I see she has names for them as well! I do love your description of the Twinkies! smilewinkgrin

I just love Twinkies! and Ho Ho's that have been frozen in the fridge! Good stuff!

Thanks for keeping watch for us Stacy. i know it is difficult for you. I am sure your phone is beside you and you are just waiting for it to ring.

Still waiting to hear.....this seems like a replay of waiting to hear about Mikel!! My prayers go out to Mommy and those sweet babies!! I will keep watching for an update!

I understand from Tina's Facebook page that the babies have been born and all is well, but no other information yet. I expect there's a lot happening right now and Bobby will get some information to us soon.

It's hard to be patient....but patient we must be (oh...I sounded like Treebeard there)

Well HW family, I have had no word, no text, no anything. This is a far cry from what Tina and I thought we'd be experiencing by this time today. On Sunday, everything was difficult, but T. was doing o.k. and dealing. I've left my last message on Bobby's phone. There comes a point that it's time to let go and when we know something, we will let everyone else know. I don't have a good feeling about these turns of events and you may say, "Keep the Faith!", but I'm wavering. I do in fact, dear Suzane, have my phone next to me at all times. I have 2 disabled children so it is there anyway, but Tina told me Bobby would call or text and I will continue to wait for some word on this situation. I have had this hole in my stomach for the past couple of days and have barely eaten. I have to let this go for my own well being. I KNOW T. would have reached me or one of you somehow, someway, if she were able to whether physically or emotionally. I know there are many of you very close to Tina as she has spoken highly of you. I know she loves her HW family and I know she loves me in many ways. Now, until I hear from her, I don't think I will post about this situation again. I hope you all are continuing in your own faith to stand for T. and the "Twinkies", plus Bobby and the "Six Pack" she has at home. I also hope you all know how much you mean to me personally for being supportive of me through my trials and struggles. Please continue on that path as well because about right now, I really need each of you as my emotions have just overtaken an already difficult time. I'm one of those people, though I love the changing of seasons, the swings in temperatures bears down on my Syrinx and my migraines and makes my life a living h***! So, the not eating, not sleeping, shutting myself down isn't all about Tina and the girls, it has just compounded a headache I've had for 3 weeks, the foot I idiotically broke! and my Syrinx...boy it's been a long few days!
Thank you all for everything and I appreciate each of you so much!
