I'm going to whine here a little, so please don't read if it bothers you.
Today, while trying to have a rare few hours out with my daughter and a friend, I was separated from the two of them so my daughter could pick out a Christmas present for me.
I "tried" to stoop down just a litle bit (MISTAKE) to pick some pillows out from a shelf just about waist height and somehow fell very hard on my backside (mostly to the right). I was, needless to say, quite embarassed and in some serious pain from the fall onto the concrete floor. Thankfully I was able to break my fall with my right arm before I hit my head, but I must have looked like an idiot flopping down on the floor like a fish that jumped out of it's bowl. Ughhh... I guess it just wasn't my day.
I'm very, very sore now in my back (which was just healing some from the last RFA), but I don't think I did any permanent damage. I somehow got to my knees and found a way to get myself up after being on all fours for a little while. Now I know for sure I'll be trying the new BT med tomorrow when my husband is off because it's gonna be a tricky few days until the soreness goes away.
Ok, whine over.......I bought the pillows anyway so that I could have somewhere soft to rest when we are traveling (locally) for Christmas.
