GOOS NEWS!

Well, mostly good. The comp company appealed the judges decision, but my lawyer is as certain as before that we would prevail. Just means a bigger retroactive paycheck, and they have exhausted their appeals and must do everything as ordered. No more ****ing with me, no more denying my medication. They tried offering me a bs 30k settlement and my lawyer said he didn't bother calling because he wasn't wasting time discussing a bs offer. Said if there was a 1 or 2 before it or a zero after he'd bring it to the table.

I stopped taking lyrics. I'd rather not feel drunk al day and have no memory than have zero nerve pain. The cymbalta seems to be doing alright with that...but I AM worried about it raising my Bp.

You no longer have to wait a year to file for SSD. Now, if someone knows for sure they will be off one year you can file now. My dr took me off of work and I waited 2-3 months and then filed my claim. I was awarded benefits without a hearing or having to get an atty and this was about the 6 month mark of being off of work.
