Also, some insurers will approve Lidoderm patches if certain conditions have been met. That might be something your doctor can look into.

www.pcab.info/find-a-pharmacy.shtml for a list of accredited compounding pharmacies in your area. Not all compounding pharmacies are specially accredited; you could always ask your doctor or post your
location to the board if you need more choices.
