         I hope I can get some good sleep overnight to start with because that can make a big

    

            difference in ones' day. I have a friend visiting in the afternoon and hopefully she

           will do a bit of organizing in my scrapbooking room. I will try to get outside this weekend for a walk.

           It's suppose to be a sunny weekend. Never much on my agenda. It's difficult when you can't drive.

            Sadly hubby works every w/e so our weekend is Wed/Thurs. Right now he is renovating the whole

           kitchen.

             Hope you each have some happy moments over the weekend.

    Hey Suzane , Its great to hear from you ! I'm so glad your having company this weekend , you sound good , I hope that means your feeling good ! That would be so great !!! I have a volounteer appreciation brunch at the shelter where I volounteer tomorrow ! I feel a little strange attending after all I've only been volounteering there for about 6 weeks . But it'll be nice to meet everyone so I'm going to attend . I hope you have a fun visit with your friend and have great weather too ! Enjoy yourself my friend , and say hi to Clive . Hugs , Mikel

Hey sweet Mikel. It's so nice to hear from you. Glad you are having so much fun with your

volunteering. It will be nice to see my friend but otherwise i continue to struggle each day and lately

the depression has really been hitting me hard. My doc started me on another antidepressant.

I hope i can start my counselling soon. Take care my friend. Hey mikel how far are you from Ottawa?

Only thing on my agenda is trying to put my house back together a little bit. To say it is a disaster would be an understatement, and since winter has decided to return this week it is as good as time as any. Just hope what ever it is that has been kicking my butt lately stays simmered down to let me do it.

Hi Suzane~

Hmmm, this weekend is already taken up with plans and chores around the house. But, I'm going to cut out fabric for a quilt top. Joined into an online Quilt-Along and I need to keep up with the group. This one will be in soft pinks, peaches and sage greens. Hopefully it will come out nice and I might use it on our bed. The Duvet on there right now is getting mighty tired. And if I make good time on that one I'll also begin cutting on 2 baby quilts I'm behind on. These are heirloom quilts so timing isn't critical but it would be nice if they were done before they start kindergarten. smilewinkgrin

Hey Suzane, I hope you plans for sleeping are working out for ya. My weekend will consist of getting laundry and bedding washed. Also any cleaning that needs to be done because I have surgery on Monday.

I want to be able to rest after the procedure. How are you feeling? I know you asked a while ago about my daily headaches and what helps. I am still being helped by the oxycontin. I am at a pretty high dose, so I hope it continues to work.

I sure wish they could find something for you. It just isn't fair. You are such an amazing lady and you so deserve some relief. As always you are in my thoughts and prayers. Take care.
