Loretta, I don't know when your next appointment is with this particular PM you have, but you really need to tell him what he has been putting you through. Take you're husband, a friend, or someone, and let this guy know, just how serious you are.
This is serious business, and you need to get to the bottom of it quick! I'm sure this guy has a boss, or someone to answer to, so get with it, and complain. There might even be a state health board you can complain to, but something needs to be done about
it. The only other option would be to seek out another PM.
I know if you were my wife, you could bet money on it, that I would be there with my "Eagle Eye"...and my jaw muscles flexing!
Once is bad enough!... but two times in a row, is way uncalled for!
The ball has really been placed in your court now, and it will be up to you to seek a solution, that will not place your health in jeopardy again like that!
As you can tell, I hate to see you go through this, and I really think someone is messing with you at the PM clinic. Criminal!...and if not!...it should be!
This is one thing, I made sure to discuss with my PCD before I signed a contract with him. He has a plan in place to see to it that I get my pain med's on time. Friday when I picked up my script
s, from my Dr, I noticed his signature on the script
s, but the hand writing was written, by someone else. I believe he signs his signature to several script
s in advance, and when he is out of town, his nurse is authorized to write the script
, in accordance to the contract that is agreed upon by the DR and his patients.
I sure wish you luck, and again, hope you get this situation resolved.
Take care,
SE
