I finally decided to try being somewhat physically active today. I have a treadmill that I got before I got 'injured', but I have been unable to really use it since then. I was feeling a little better than usual today, so I tried it out and was actually ok. It hurt while walking, but nowhere nearly as bad as how it feels when I walk outside or on uneven ground/up steps. So it was manageable with my medication afterwards, and I actually felt ok energy/mood wise from it.
So it'd be great if I can get into this. It feel sorta dumb walking so slow when I used to be able to go way faster, and at an incline, but it is still better than nothing! Any weight I can lose and any activity I do has got to be better than sitting and lying around all day. And if it doesn't actually hurt me, then I might as well do it.
Hopefully I don't feel too bad from it tomorrow, but I think I'll be ok. I had some bad days after trying stuff like this before, but I think I was too ambitious then. I tried to force myself through pain, and it probably did more harm than good. Today it wasn't as bad so I think I should be ok tomorrow. *crosses fingers*
