Well, i made it home from having another surgery. Too be exact it was my 16th surgery, different
locations overall. It definitely is wearing me down physically, mentally, emotionally. i get so tired & overwhelmed by all the chronic daily pain that never seems 2 ease up. Sorry i'm complaining, just thought y'all understand all 2 well.
Within a month my tests showed that if i trip or fall, or even try physical therapy, or see a chiropractor...just popping my neck in a certain way could paralyze me. Boy did that wake me & scared me in just 2 seconds. Then 4-days ago my neurosurgeon performed the neck/spinal surgery. it took 4-5 hours long. They totally went longer than expected. Once they finished, adding a drainage tube stitched & glued it closed & bandages on...i started excessively bleeding thru, so they had 2 open me back up & figure out what was causing the bleeding & close me back up again...ugh. Now just another long healing process & another summer not being able 2 golf. it certainly does not help mental/emotions 2 deal with as well.
Thanx for letting me vent & i wish all of U the best in healing & healthy living.
Ur Healingwell Friend,
Serenitee
