Husband called me from his work and  told me he felt like crap and needs to see family doc.  So I called family doc and he had an opening at 2:30 pm today. He went and the doc wants all kinds of tests done on his blood.

 

So when he got home from work all labs closed at 4:00 so we went to the hospital that is in the capital of Pennsylvania.  He only waited 10 minutes and the phlebotomist was good.  No rolling veins, just a small stick.

 

Next week we will know the results.  Aches all over and has a fever, and very fatiqued.

Betsey I hope your mans test turn out fine and he just had a bug. When we have so much going on with our own pain issues we have to rely on out spouse and the thought they might be unwell can unnerve us.
I hope all will be fine.

The prep was incomplete even though he followed directions from the nurse so the nurse was wrong. He might reschedule in november. It was a routine test nothing wrong down there.

He hurts so bad. pain in ribs, rotator cuffs both of them, upper middle back. He can only cat nap in a recliner. he looks awful.

I will call family doc on monday to see if hospital can fax the results to them on monday.

I will let you know as I find out things

Bloodwork is back. After several sleepless nights of him tossing and turning and in pain, I know. Bad arthritis in neck, back and ribs and sugar ct up to 300. So doc rx an arthritis tablet and a diabetic pill to lower sugar ct.
See how he is in 2 weeks and if no better than I will take him to urgent care to get xrays done.

there you have whole story. White blood ct was normal and no lyme disease. HDL and LDL were out of wack to.

Hubby isnt getting any relief pain wise, from the arthritis pill which should be working by now. So Im going to convince him to go to urgent care and get xrays of his spine done. That is where nightly I apply a cream from mid back to tailbone. I think he hurt himself when he tried to lift and move a couch.

We cut back on sugar and carbohydrates for meals ands he isnt happy. well when your sugar count is 300 you have to alter ones diet! I eat the same diet he does so i dont feel like a short order cook.I am short 4ft11inches tall ironically. LOL!
