Dear PpenalOz,
Good morning. My name is Dani. It is a pleasure to meet you. I am very glad you decided to stop by the Healing Well Community. Even better the chronic pain forum *whisper* Were cooler than all the other rooms!
I have had fractures. But honestly they didnt bother me. In fact, a few weeks after the flirst fall (i was very young) I finally decided I need to go see a doctor. Found out it was fractured. But! When I fractured arm second time I didnt wait so long, as I knew what the "inside bruise" feeling was
...............YEARS! later I get a "dull" "Inside" "under the muscle" "Mild to moderate" sensation in my limbs. Noone knew what it was. Then issues with my spine, and other "small bone" areas began having trouble. Those problems took the front seat of course, but. ... a little over a year or so after that, we find out that I have a calicum absorption rate of 0.002. I began taking a little pill once a week. No, kidding. Just one little pill. ~~> l.........l <~~That big. Gosh I love technology!
I would suggest seeing a Pain Management Specialist. Would be a good place to start. They help with management of long term, chronic pain. Can give you tools to stay as active as possible. And can document any changes with your bones. And referr you to where you need to go once a cause is found. But basically, Im trying to say that.. they help pain, and will document any changes even if they do not know right away what is wrong. You sound like you have a very active life You ve probably got alot on your plate, but it might be worth checking into.
