Hi ya'll. This was the info I had referred to in my "intro" post. Could be an awesome thing since
modern medicine really isn't, in a lot of ways. Especially when it comes to things involving backs and nerves.
If I recall correctly, first they test to see if the chronic back pain sufferer actually has the type of bacteria that can cause the chronic pain. If he/ she does indeed have that bacteria, then they are put on a 100 day regimen of the bacteria specific antibiotic.
As one doctor said - this could be a Nobel Prize worthy discovery. I certainly hope it pans out and gives millions of ppl their lives back.
Of course, if it really is greatly successful, I would imagine that in the US, pain management clinics might fight against it- hopefully not, but I tend to be a realist !
