new to forum

Hi everyone new to the forum. I have reading the forum for months i wish thank everyone here for sharing their thoughts i have gained so much  it has helped me greatly in my new journey. I'll give you a back ground if i could.I cannot type well because rheumatoid in hands and fingers. I went from downhill skiing all across this great country of ours to barely walking the dog. I'm a 57yr old male was in great shape before my right knee was replaced 3 times since 2009 also 2 scopes on the same knee since 2009. Left knee replaced in 2012 right shoulder scoped this yr.Have had back injections this year i will tell you more later i still work i sell and install advertising to stores which compounds my problems.I need help in setting up my profile when i have time. Thank you for allowing me to tell part of story and again thanks to all of you for sharing sharing your experiences i'll be back next week.
