Started in 2010 with rhomboid local pain, some shoulder discomfort on lateral raises and rear delt work (Sharp pain).
Moved to shoulder and neck pain with over head activity (Also shoulder/tricep weakness), pressing exercises also had my tricep and shoulder really uncomfortable.
Neck pain from day to day…jaw tightness. (Scalene tight like a rope, limited range of motion)
Hand numbness, weakness in the pinky and index finger, ulnar nerve tightness all the way up the arm.
Rib cage tightness and chest pain, shoulder cracks when testing range of motion, anything overhead makes my neck fire and tightens up
This is all on the left side of my body.
Areas I feel it most:
-Scalene, SCM
-Rear delt, rhomboid
-Elbow, wrist
-Left side of rib cage near pec minor
-Upper back tension and cracking with inhalation
Things I have been told:
Rounded shoulders with neck tightness
shoulder impingement, weak core
Neck, spine sublixation, forward head posture
Tight lats, tight scalene, rotator cuff, shoulder impingement, thoracic tightness
C1 compression
No amount of stretching or needling has helped any longer then a couple of days, exercises aggravate symptoms, i've seen MAT specialists, physio, chiro, chinese medicine, sports physio...
Does anyone see any connection here? Or can I provide any other info that would help you?
