good morning one and all. hope this morning finds everyone as well as can be. this is something i've had
on my mind for probably as long as i've had my back and leg issues. that would be exercising and chronic
pain. i still do alot of the stretching exercising that i learned through my many trips to physical therapy.
sure there good for keeping yourself as moblie as possible but when it comes to losing a few pounds, seems like it doesn't cut it. nothing to vigorous but enough to help lose some weight. over the past couple years i've put on a nice size spare tire that i wouldn't mind getting rid of. i understand once you get one there
kinda hard to get rid of.
diet i'm sure has a lot to do with it, now i'm on a see food diet, i see food i eat it.(lol) no, not that bad but
i still take my walks on good days and not so good days. not one to complain but i've noticed since i've
had my pain pump it seems to dig into my skin when i sit down. since i can't move the pump, thought i
could move the tire or atleast reduce it in size and that would help.
i guess what i'm wondering is anybody might have some suggestions about
some exercising that might be beneficial ingetting rid of the spare tire. thank you for any ideas.....mark
have a great day...
