stupid costochondritis

I have gotten chosto for years now off and on. Been to diff. Docs well its back againand making me crazy this time I carried my 20 pound cat in a huge cat carrier a couple days ago to the bad and now I'm getting deep muscle aches and the right side of my chest between my breast and under my arm it only has been hurting at night the last two nights and Aleve is not helping I am so sick of this problem I don't know how to get it to go away for good it just pops up in different places anybody have any suggestions or know why it keeps coming back? Just from stupid little things like carrying a cat.
I did have a little panic attack to today when I was using my cruise control and went to step on my brakes didn't work for a second fight or flight happened I'm sure that doesn't help it

I was dx with that several years ago when I had sudden unexplained chest pain. I now know the symptoms but not the cause. Moist heat helps when it's severe.
