wow MRI trouble...

I had an MRI scheduled for 745am today. Finally was done at 1pm, dang thing broke. Luckily the tech was already on the way for a PM. I needed it done for my follow up with my surgeon on Thursday.

I guess I got a day off at least.

How does this affect your surgeon appointment Thursday?

Yes, I have been crazy busy with work so did not get chance to respond. Fusion is taking really well. Said lower lumbar is a truck wreck, but I told him I can handle that. It hurts but you know how sometimes you learn to cope with it.

He said the vertebrae above and below are taking on more stress which is not always the case. Anyways, I said I can force myself through day but need something at night. He upped my pain meds to 4mg of dialaded at night for 30 days. I am going to get some injections and see how that does. Then address my meds and possible change to extended release.

So overall a good appointment.
