Hi, I'm new here & trying to figure things out. I wanted to go to the chronic pain forum & I think I'm at the right place. I have been in pain management for the past 3 years & am looking forward to discussing medications, doctors, help with talking to my doctor, other alternatives to manage pain & some other topics. I could use some tips on the best way to navigate this site. It looks like there are a lot of good topics & info here. My name is Mary. I am looking forward to getting to know some of you.

I'm new too. Nice to meet you. Can I ask what pain meds help you? And what other methods have helped?

The first post Chronic Pain 101 might answer some of your questions. Also the Search box near the top of the page works well to find specific topics if you don't see a current discussion. Feel free to tell us more about yourself and ask questions in a post. We're glad you joined us! And sorry that you need to.

Yep! I've done that before too! Many of us have. It's frustrating,...to type your heart out with deep points, only to find out,....*splat*

I'm convinced our lost posts end up in the same place as those missing socks from the dryer....
