Hello.


You know that in the last weeks my pain has been lower.


But I am afraid because sometimes the pain returns, and sometimes I feel as is the pain "wants" to be higher , do you know this kind of feeling?.


But perhaps I am too much pessimistic. I have a treatment, perhaps I must wait a few weeks more.

I do not know the answer but perhaps you did answer your own question. Being patient and waiting are very difficult things to do. If that's what you need to do I certainly understand. I hope you have some good distractions while you are waiting. Distractions are a big part of my own arsenal to defeat the pain.

could it be anticipatory anxiety? I distract myself with books, a TV show to binge, a walk outside. (Not sure about your pain levels or abilities) I found that when not in pain,getting out and seeing the world, simply by walking, can change a lot of negative thoughts. Have you thought about joining a support group in your town? Just a thought, sometimes face to face talking about things helps so much too. Hope this was helpful.
