Hi everyone! Thanks for your support.
It went pretty well, although my husband is a really fast walker and forgot a few times about
my need to walk slowly and take breaks. He's adjusting still to my disability. So I would say that it was a success - based on the fact that I made it through. They lost big time so we didn't stay until the end.
At 3:30 I had the worst panic attack I've ever had. It was awful, one of those when you swear you're having a heart attack, heart racing, palms sweating, a little disorientation, overwhelming anxiety. I thought I was going to make an ER trip there for a while.
Thank goodness for Xanax - deep breathing and visualizing me and my husband having a great time at the game helped pull me out of that but it was awful for a while and I almost changed my mind about
going.
I am paying a huge price for it today and my kids are right now sat in front of the TV and may well be all day! Or I'll turn their butts loose in the backyard ;-)
