Hi everyone,

I just need to vent, i have no one to talk about this.
I've been having so much pain lately that I can't think of anything else besides that. I'm usually not like that, I've been handling the pains throughout my body for 5-6 years now. I have never so sad and upset because of it like I've been in the past month.
I can't take this anymore and I can't stop crying.
I don't want to do anything, nit even get out of the house. I do anyway because there's no either choice...
I am actually in the bathroom at work writing this! I can't stop crying, I can't let them see me like this.

I can't tell anyone how bad my situation is, because either they understand it or it will just make people worry more than they should.
How do I get myself out of this bad mood? I don't know how.

Hey Sjarlotte.I'm glad you reached out here at least.

You need someone in the loop.A confidant.

A close friend.A trusted Doctor.Or me.

I'm terrible to isolate for several days not answering my cell phone.I play my acoustic.Have lots of cyber friends.

Do you have a good Doctor that you can talk to.I can talk to my Doctor like I talk to y'all.He's my #1 Doctor.I'm in Pain Management also.

I don't think anyone should suffer.

I know how you feel. It's especially hard when you want those around you to simply understand.

What I have learned to do is make sure I adjust my life in a way that takes as much pressure off as possible. Unneeded stress just makes everything worse. I have learned to say "No". I make sure that I take time for myself.

Even though it's so difficult when we are so bad all we can do is cry, I think of how much worse it could be... That doesn't fix everything but it helps a little for me.

Big, gentle hugs. I totally get that. I'm so lucky in that I work from home but I have had to hang up the phone in the middle of meetings because I just can't contain my crying.

All this to reassure you that you are NOT alone. I know it doesn't help all that much and there are many times I have felt at the end of my rope and have just wanted to scream, "I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE! LET ME OUT OF THIS HELL THAT IS MY BODY".

I get it. But there's no other option other than to face it head on. You need distractions though. Reading? Stupid comedies? Crafting? Gardening? Volunteer work?

I volunteer with an 80-year old man teaching him computer skills. It is an amazing distraction and I really like doing it. My religious organization put me in touch with him, he called and requested someone to help him.

My prayers for you! I know your despair and isolation. You just feel like there's no hope. It's a rough place to be. I'm thankful you thought of healing well to reach out...someone will always be here for you.

Rick's right you need someone to share with, a friend, your dr and of course here. Being in chronic pain takes a toll on us physically of course but mentally and emotionally even more sometimes. This week has taken a huge toll on me and I've felt there's no way out. I'm exhausted fatigued and it's only Tuesday.

Please contact your dr or find one that can help you. I'll be praying that yours will be an advocate for your healing and that you can share with a dr and friend.

We are always here for you!

Thank you all of your replies and kind words! I really appreciate it, you guys actually do make me feel better.
Now I know I'm not alone on this, I understand I haven't lost my mind just yet...

I have very good friends and one who's very close to me and she knows I'm in pain, but she can't understand how bad it really is. Ans she's got her troubles too...
about having a good doctor - I actually don't have any dr. treating me for anything. I am not diagnosed with anything, so I don't even know which doctor I'd go to, and I don't really believe in conventional treatments any more anyway, they don't work for me.
I did find a really good physiotherapist who treated me, but there wan't much he could do (I have muscle pain).
You guys just made me realize I should turn to a homeopathy like he suggested, he thinks that could help me.
