Neural thoracic outlet...anyone?

I just found this thread as I was searching for information on Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I read through this from the beginning - there is a wealth of information. I'm on Lyrica for Fibro, was taken off anything for my arthritis lately and use Tramadol for pain as needed. They have been focusing on my sleep and overactive nerves. Somewhere in the middle of this cropped up a case of the dropsies that has me using a lot of plastic dishes. It was followed by noticeable swelling in my upper arms and what felt like inflammation. I'm having trouble sleeping despite Ambien and Lyrica because I wake up after a few hours in agony and often can't feel my hand or hands (my right arm is a lot worse than my left). Sometimes the hands curl up and I can't straighten them. I have figured out that there are pain points in my scalene muscles, upper arms, elbow area and a few others intermittently. My massage therapist told me she'd only seen these issues in Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and proceeded to work on an area in my pectoral region that was locked up. It was painful, but my arm moved a bit better afterwards. The problem is that although massage is somewhat helpful, this isn't staying fixed. I started doing some research and realized that the TOS matched perfectly. I've been asking for doctor assistance for months. The pain doc tells me there is nothing she can do and my pcp sends me to the neurologist (which is my pain doc).

Could any of you make a recommendation? Should I be pursuing with an orthopedist? I found exercises, but they don't fix it, just lessen it a bit. My next choice is going back to my old chiropractor and pursuing ultrasound on my shoulder joint area with them. I cant handle regular chiro any more because of the fibro, but the ultrasound used to help. I sometimes feel like there is something in my shoulder to massage, if I could only get my fingers in there.
