Chokoy most of do so many different things for our pain its hard to pin down one of them. We have found through trial and error usually what works for each of us and that may not help the next person at all. We can offer you suggestions and you will have to try them and see which gives you any relief then put them together to get the lowest pain levels you can.
Some of the more common things we use for back issues are heat/ice regimens,aquatherapy,yoga/low impact exercise, physical therapy, acupuncture, tens unit, steroid injections, facet joint, nerve ablation and blocks, massage therapy, compound creams and gels, distraction therapy and in the end we take up the slack with our meds. That's why we say not all of them will work for you but you can try them out and figure out how many of them will. I wish we could say this is the treatment that will help you,it just doesn't work that way.
I hope you find some relief through the suggestions and remember eating healthy is also a vital part of the process since good nutrition is necessary for the body to heal itself.
