Pom-Poms Rustling and Cheering in the distance! I'm always happy to hear when David stones the proverbial Goliath. Life does not have to be as hard as our fellow man/woman can sometimes make it. I treat others as I would like to be treated. Some folks get off on their perceived power.
Good for you. My husband emails corporate even if the pickle is left off his Chik-fila. Nah...Bad example, as they are THE BEST in our opinion!? But you get the jist.
We have so little control of any and everything in our lives...ALL of us. My interim GP, who I fired with a sweet southern smile last summer...did not take the onset of SHINGLES seriously, even though my eyesight was in jeopardy. His office would not see me that day, but said "next Thursday" is first available. I went to a quik clinic and got the treatment I needed ASAP from an NP who was WONDERFUL.
I am fortunate with my small town pharmacy. The head pharmacist grew up with my older brother and graduated Ole Miss with him. He's a great hometown guy who is most helpful and does not JUDGE. He's been far more helpful than my PM in trying to "guide me" through these med trials. He'll have longer conversations with me than my PM ever has, explaining why I'm reacting to these meds negatively. It's a blessing amongst the briarpatch of PM.
Stay strong, Y'all~~
