I am sick . In Aug of 2013 my total medical care was abandoned over a controlled medication agreement that I was forced to sign. My doctor had failed to diagnose a new an prominent cervical spine injury... I was under his care at the time for illness

I almost died with the circumstances that followed.

I was threatened and abused for starters. I need help.
I still and now have zero reasonable medical care.
I was always reasonable and compliant.

PCH abandons me
nero says I have no more treatment options for Multiple Sclerosis, after a severe side effect to copaxone... Neur then says I will not find a Dr in my area... maybe I have sinus infection...? he fires me.

I had ZERO notice to find a doctor and went cold turkey while being horribly sick from the copaxone reaction.

then he fires me and involves himself in my GYN care. because the GYN and him share a nurse surgical business... I almost died .
The GYN in the past I find has lost his license. the gyn fired me too telling me" HE did what he wanted to do to me."

I need help lawyer- reasonable doctor..
My insurance healthcare coach says I need to move out of state to somewhere...

A contract for pain meds is pretty much standard. The choice to sign is up to the patient, but to be seen and treated by the Dr, it's a must.
I've a pretty large mixed bag of diseases, and it's taken a very long time for Drs to identify what's happening. Even now, my Drs know there is something else going on, but they can't pinpoint it. Other Drs miss clues and fail to find a diagnosis, but that's the way it is. They are human, too. When you cross the bridge to the more serious and life-altering diseases, definitely seek multiple opinions.
I have a local group of Drs, and I also travel 3hrs south to Duke and 3hrs north to MCV-Medical College of VA. Too bad I can't convince my medical posse to meet me in the middle at my house:)
A Dr can also choose to terminate a patient, as long as there are other Drs available. You mentioned going out of state-that might be a good solution. Fresh eyes=Fresh ideas.

I'm sorry that this is happening. It's terrifying to know that something is wrong, but not have a name to it, or have an effective treatment plan. There are many members of this board who are searching for answers. It's an exhausting process, especially when we feel like dirt.

I hope you are able to find Drs to help. I have multiple autoimmune disorders, not MS, and there are new meds being approved as a rate faster than in the past. One off-label med that I took a few years ago, Acthar, is used for uncontrolled MS. It was CRAZY expensive and my team had to fight for it, but finally insurance approved it. Being treated at a research hospital was the key needed for the approval. I don't know how far you would have to drive to receive a higher level of care, but good Drs and better health are worth it.

You may not be able to find a Dr to manage your pain since you violated your agreement. Your creditable is in question when you violate a pain agreement. But, as long as you don't expect or ask other drs to treat your pain, you should be able to find adequate medical care.
