Nerve pain in neck

I've been having this nerve pain for some months now, its starts in my neck, down to my shoulder blade, my whole arm and a portion of my breast/chest wall. I've had MRI, CT, EMG, and a cardiac work up because its on my left side, does anyone think this sound like cervical/spinal issues being as though ALL my test came back negative.

Sweetred, is this your primary care physician telling you all of these tests are normal? What is the drs plan for you? Neck problems can cause the same issues you are speaking about. I was having severe muscle spasms with my neck & had horrible chest pain on one side only, I knew I wasn't having a heart attack or anything like that. You need to obtain copies of all of these tests. Many times I have seen drs say someone tests were normal because the PCP didn't think the patient was a surgical candidate. See whats in your records & that way you can decide which direction you need to go in next.

Sweetred...sounds a bit like Thoracic Outlet Syndrome...can't hurt to ask.

Thanks guys and yes it's my PCP that's telling me everything is fine. I actually work at the place I get all my results on line. They told me it was tennis elbow. Butbim not sure, I know it hurts and nothing takes the pain away except Valium's
