Hello RBeck.I hate to hear things are like that.I feel like I live month to month also.
My life is flying by because I measure time in prescription refills and monthly Doctor appointments.
I need to find some way to get away from that frame of mind.Easier said than done.
Hope you have a good day.
Take care.
Richard
HI Mr Tib's
you are living my life, I wait for each dose of medication and I wait for every month for the next refill. Sometime I do run out and go a day or 2 without and become sick. But I think over the years I hav almost become used to it. I am out of my meds now. I fill them on the 1st of June. It's been 2 days but know I am on 110mg of methadone and 1-2 10mg oxy's Q6 hourly. but my tolerance is very high. In South Fl. I was on 220mg's of methadone after taking blood to show that was my theraputic dose but many doctors will not give more than 110mg's and some won't even give more than 40mg's a day unless you have cancer. I looking into that genetic test that basically tells the doctors what dose I should be on. But that does not mean they will give it.
Good luck R.Beck
