It seems wise that your medical team is moving beyond looking solely at your gallbladder and GI sysyem as a basis for your ongoing symptoms.
The tilt table test that you will be undergoing will assess your body's autonomic nervous system. Certainly, your sysmtoms are widespread and systemic - which gives good reason to widen the basis of medical testing.
You may want to read up on POTS. Your symptoms and autonomic testing do have a correlation with POTS as a possible cause of your distress.
The other, shoot to the moon, possibility to explore would be transient occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery. This is a rare disorder but a disorder that mimics many of your presenting symptoms. It takes an astute physician to consider dysfunction of the superior mesenteric artery. This is an artery that provides blood supply to the stomach and upper portion of the small intestine. It can become "kinked" by the apron of tissue that covers the abdomen (the omentum). The disorder is diagnosed through angiogram study (injection of radiographic dye) into the vascular tree of the upper GI tract.
