I find it hardest when I have back pain. I am 73 and 1/2 now and finally when I was in my 50's found out that my fatigue is from pain and now allergic asthma. I will say that for back pain the best thing is rest. Of course I am able to do that because I am retired. wishing all good things to the chronic pain people.

Hi Joan, it's been quite some time since you have been here. I am sorry to read that you dislocated your hip. How long ago did this happen? Hopefully you are on the mend by now.
Keep us posted on how you are doing.

Thank you. I was born with dis
location of the hip and hammer toes. The dis
location of the hip is visible on xray and the hammer toes are obvious.
Sorry my first post was misleading. Gotten to the point of acceptance of my situation.
