Hi everybody, It's been a long time since I've posted anything. I've been going thru Hell for the last couple of years In and out of the hospital 6 times in the last 18 months. The last time on Sept 1 2018 I really thought I was a goner, I woke up in the middle of the night coughing up bright red blood, this lasted for about 5 min's then it stopped. I went back to sleep for about 1 hour and I started to feel a bubbling in my chest and then started again bright red blood then it stopped. I waited another 6 hours then I called 911 and they took me to UNC-Chapel Hill and put me into the step-down unit. everything was OK for the first 24hours then BOOM 2 arteries in my trachea opened up This is when I became very religious because I thought I was going to die. They called a code blue and put me on a ventilator and sent me to Interventional Radiology and fed a line from my groin into my lungs and glued the arteries shut I only needed 1 pint of blood. This was all due to Necrotizing pneumonia I had in June it digs holes in your lungs and it dug a hole and hit my arteries. I hope everyone is doing well. I am doing OK at this moment
except for lower legs I am having severe numbness in both legs (It feels like I have socks on all the time)
