Pain pills are controlling me.

I had 6 ablations done about 4 months ago. Never again. I am kicking myself that I let the PM talk me into it. I struggled with the meds and the idea that pain was going to be a way of life. It took so much out of me and I went through times of deep depression. I realize I will never be pain free and try to manage my meds instead of letting them manage me. Someone told me to cheer up, things could be worse. I cheered up and sure enough things got worse. Poor attempt at humor. I have had to re-adjust my life even moving out of cold weather to try and help. It is difficult at times but not impossible to find ways to move forward with life. Keep fighting and look for rays of sunlight in the midst of the dark cloud.
