Are you taking any vitamins or supplements to support nerve health and muscle health?

To your Question.
Basically High Doses of B12 in Methyal Colbinum and Tumeric In the most Potent way as I've read it helps with Muscle wasting.
I also know what that Occupational Therapist used on you IT was Form of EMS electrical Muscle stimulator this is what I have purchased but I must wait as international order's to Australia get quarantined.

My one is known as the mini Muscle Stimulator as I came across this machine from a Neurologist in India.
He said hand Muscles need Galvanic Current for stimulating and this machine is that as it has a probe attachment not Pads.
He has used on several Patients before with Ulnar nerve injuries and Ulnar muscle wasting.

It's not his machine so he's not benefiting out of me purchasing and it's approximately 100 US Dollars with shipping that's inexpensive.

He just wants me to keep track of the progress when I get it as he helps patients with Atrophy from all sorts of Conditions that effects their nerves so he means well and I'm fortunate I found him.

Maybe i have posted alot about this but I didn't want to Just post a couple of statements as this information will always be useful if someone comes across it.

Hello Again

I am now 28 months since my R Ulnar nerve Decompression and Reverse end to side and my progress has increased again. There is now some Notice Bulk in the Hypothenar region so my Therapy and Electrical Stimulation has had some effect. Unfortunately the sensory aspect is not completely gone but the skin is drier in the Ulnar Aspect. So i may still improve as i do not completely know yet?
I was able to contact the Member VD so he is still with us except he is in very bad emotional way and he's defect as his nerve graft failed and he had his Surgeon remove his AIN nerve Transfer which he should not have done as he wen through the trouble of getting an Artificial nerve bridge called AXOGEN and they have a 95% Success rate for nerve gaps where he originally had the Sural and that has a 50% chance of working.
He has tried to put me down saying that i am lying and trying to make him feel bad when that's False as i am sharing this information incase others happen to read it.

I do feel for him as i know how Hard the First 20 months Were and it is a very very long partial recovery.
I don't feel i have done any wrong to him.

Also i have not seen SeaShell as she was a big help. I read her last post ,is she still with us as it sounded grim as she said something about her intestine expiring
