In case you didn't notice...lol...I've not been posting much for a while. This is a difficult time of year for me as I just passed my son's birthday and the anniversary of his death. Some years it's just especially hard. I cope by withdrawing and just trying to get through. Luckily I have some very special online friends who have been right beside me and have helped me through this year because I was having a particularly bad time. After some very long and late night chats my spirits are better and my mind is clearing. Thanks to all those who have helped and all of you for just being here. You have helped too by being here when I returned.

I can't imagine all you must go through at this time of the year. I do know what you contribute to me and many others on this board, and I for one am grateful for all the work you do, and for having "met" you.

I've only recently "met" you, but already you've nabbed a place in my heart. Your compassion and dedication to others is inspiring. I am so sorry to hear about your son.

Aw, Chutz. How sweet of you to say that. I'm at that "friends are disappearing" stage in all of this, so it is especially wonderful to feel like I'm making some new ones, too.

I hope you have a wonderful week! A few of my freshly bloomed flowers got too big for their stems and fell over, so I cut them and brought them indoors to enjoy them and now my house smells divine! I hope your garden is abloom by now, too.
