I Must Do Something! Anything!

I am depressed. I have pain in my neck. I swear I must DO something.
I can not go around with mismatched pj's, stringy hair, unfiled nailes,
frowny face, no bra, and worst of all unbrushed teeth.
I feel like I just want to lay on the bed and stare at the backs of my lids.
Ok, I'll start with a shower. Oh darn darn darn

I'd start with the teeth brushing, myself. All these meds we pain folks take can be hard on the teeth without regular brushing. I use one of those Crest Spinbrush toothbrushes. You don't have to move it a heck of a lot, which is an A+ when just breathing hurts. ;-)

PS I WAS going to start with tooth brushing but for other reasons.

 Just have to say that your post made me smile I have been hurting alot for the past few days myself so it just hit home real good (I realy did sleep all day sunday and half of monday)
